• Clients are responsible for providing timely access, approvals, and accurate information required to deliver services.

5. Payments

Fees for services are as agreed in the relevant proposal or invoice. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services. Any refund terms, if applicable, will be specified in the individual service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, strategies, frameworks, creative assets, and materials developed by BDME during an engagement remain the intellectual property of BDME until full payment is received, after which agreed deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the service agreement.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or analytics tools). BDME is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or performance issues caused by these third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, strategic, or technical information shared during an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

11. Governing Law
